K 98k sling mid version

Description

The most authentic reproduction of K98k, G 41, G/K 43 and StG/Mp/MKb sling, made completely from European materials in Czechia.
Made from 3,5 mm thick veg tanned leather painted with custom mixed paint in brown-orange shade taken from some unused originals.
Embossed with totally correct riccaso pattern, with “lines” around edges done after embossing – just like originals.
Then cutted holes and end tip  with cutting tools  for exactly same effects as on original sling – see the “edges of holes” for stopper stud.
Hardware is new made from blackened steel, with all details you can see on originals – and works absolutely perfect.
Mid version – this strap is mostly correct for  +- 1942-1945 period, with “narrow hole” on stopper  with small securing seam.
Painted edges with no care, for period “stains” – again, just like on originals.
Very easily getting patina after some oiling and use.
Handsewned with linen sewing thread, all small details like loops and stopper are made from same riccaso leather as main sling !
Lenght 120 cm.
It is possible to select the “Kar.” stamp in stamp options, but not every manufacturer used it – so just choice what You like.
All straps have a stamp for easily recognition ( just in cause if fake sellers will try fool someone )
